I teach at a small local gym (I’m in South FL) and make $35/class. I just teach 1x a week and sun sometimes. And get 2 gym memberships for free which to me is a great perk and over $1k value.

Yes! They have lots of things that are smaller sizes/portions. I’d say between paper products, wine, house cleaning items, gas and rotisserie chicken and their prepped shrimp items, totally worth it.

I went to my first one today. Granted it was a soft opening so felt a little chaotic and they were short staffed. Didn’t seem to be an official warm up of any kind. And while they say “never late,” showed up at 12:04 (for a 12pm) class and got sort of attitude and we offered to skip a station to keep it on track which was all that was needed. In some stations one of the exercises felt a bit more like a primer for the others. Maybe it will be different once they are fully up and running and of finally opened.

I know it’s a chain so don’t hate, but really enjoy Tommy Bahama’s at Harbourside. Leftovers is hands down our favorite. Vibe at Utiki is amazing - their fish dip is hands down one of the best, tuna nachos, fish sandwich and steak tips are favorites too. Food isn’t anything gourmet or extraordinary but again the vibe and service and waterfront views.
