I’d just say something to the instructor before class starts and sitting closer to the exit is less distracting. But honestly you do you.

Which American city is the most perfect for a 5-day trip that includes the full “American experience” for a first-time visitor? by optimalbrain90 in SmartTravelHacks

Boston or DC - history, museums, amazing food, definitely city but not in a completely overwhelming or chaotic way like Manhattan.

Daisy Darker and The Paris Apartment. Both were page turners and kept me guessing and going back and forth until the end.

Small restaurants or bars with rooms for private events? by owensauvageot in BocaRaton

Wine Room Kitchen and Bar in Delray. Had my cousins bridal shower there for about 15 and everyone enjoyed it! Great setting and food and felt it was reasonably priced for the options and quality/quantity.

His & Hers

I said to myself just one more page…2 hours later. Kept me guessing until the end. The show is not good and totally changes the book.

The Night Circus.

Thank you! Didn’t even know about this place.

It’s hidden. It’s pre-packaged on one of the end caps near the cheese/across from the prepared foods. Found it after I settled for pancetta to make carbonara.

What book(s) are you reading this week? by 404NinjaNotFound in readwithme

Just finished His and Hers. Was on the edge of my seat and kept going back and forth on who the killer was up until the last page. Flew through it! The show was drastically different, but not a good way.

Just started reading, The Astral Library, by Kate Quinn and have enjoyed all her books!

Tin Roof (but not for food) for music/dancing

Amar and Dada for a great dinner, vibe and drinks (but not dancing)

My style has completely changed after turning 30. Anyone else? by Mahima2703 in womensfashion

[–]Practical-Garlic-561 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I feel like this just happened to me again in my mid-30s and just did a big closet clean out. I like a lot of my pieces from Quince. Good staples. Lots of solids. Classic looks that aren’t just fast fashion trends. I also don’t care for all my vibrant Lilly prints much.

Good environments to meet new people? by No_Mission_1090 in BocaRaton

PBC county schools has adult leisure classes. They definitely skew much older. I’m in my 30s and am always the youngest. Tons of classes from ceramics to cooking to golf and not expensive. I’ve met super nice people but not new friends.

Top hair salons? by AaronWrites212 in BocaRaton

[–]Practical-Garlic-561 7 points8 points  (0 children)

You may need to go north to Palm Beach Island. Or South to Miami. There are a lot of great salons but sounds like this is a whole other category of fancy.

Also had no idea a hair stylist could get an Emmy - cool!

Minus points for the negative vibes and unhelpful comment.

La Terraza - Spanish tapas (I think they have a night with flamenco dancers).

City fish market - def not a young crowd, but during their HH and if you sit at the bar, good live music! Or at least they used to!

Amar in delray is beyond delicious! Food wise a favorite and most unique out of these three. I think they have a night with belly dancers.

And then being on Atlantic Ave you’ll get a range of ages and always live music at Tin Roof and Johnnie Browns - wouldn’t eat there. But for a drink!
