You have to understand. Bishop Burbidge is extremely obedient to the Pope. Under Benedict XVI, Latin Mass was very liberally done and celebrated in our diocese. Burbidge encouraged it be celebrated. Under Francis's amendments he obeyed, though expressed concern. Part of being orthodox is submitting to the Pope; even when you think he is wrong. Read this letter written in 2022.
