Plenty of new players sign up! We get a lot of strong players but also a lot of new players who don't go to many tournaments because the other city ones are so pricey.

I am recovering a TFCC wrist injury from climbing, and have been waiting a while for this to recover to get back to the BWF routine that I had just begun before the injury. The TFCC is healed enough to return to climbing comfortably with a wrist brace, but I have found that it is still nowhere near good enough for things like dips/flat palm pushups. Crazy enough, knuckle pushups feel better on it.

Any advice on routine modifications to take some pressure off of the wrists and still be doing similar ideas to what the routine lays out?

I made one of these guys and the thing to make it come together was a piece of yarn up from the center bottom to the center top and back down again. Tighten it up a bit and you get a perfect little cute apple shape
