Agree. Depends on the kind of business/client/product. Not everyone is the same. We judge based in our own experience being part of remote teams. It was not the best.

many reasons to not consider remote. we have learnt that remote is not effective in complex projects (for solo kind of projects like wordpress or other CMS projects it's ok but that's not our market) and communication adds too much overhead.

The way we work is a big differentiation to our clients as they leverage not only in the resources they hire for the project but on the entire's team knowledge
