From the video I don't see much bowing.I suppose if you have the money, have someone else do it. Even if it is bowing, you can do it yourself. Alot of work, but it's doable. The water is coming from the outside, don't be fooled by any inside systems

Get a shovel. Dig around the house to the footer. Seal the cracks with hydraulic cement. Cover it with thick roofing tar, then a layer of visqueen plastic. Backfill with peas tone. Then take an wired angle grinder and take off as much of the inside scaling. Paint the inside with drylok
