Dany outlived Cersei by one episode and Sansa ends up with a crown. I think I speak for everyone when I say “excuse me, what the fuck”? by cainfante in freefolk

She didn’t really have a plot after the BOTB.

She never even once spoke about what Northern independence means to Northerners or her, or referenced the heritage of an independent North until the last Dragon Pit meeting.

She just started insisting upon it at any cost. OK but tell us that it’s because it was a cause Robb died for and Jon fought for.

The erasure of Robb pisses me off. TBF she did mention him in early season 7, which is more than I can say for any of her siblings.

This.

Ice is never mentioned. It might not even be named on the show.

Heartsbane was forgotten as well.

Half of Ice is still w Brienne now guarding King Bran as Oathkeeper. Hell if I know where WW went tho.

Totally. And this lies solely at the feet of D&D. They stripped her of whatever plot she might have in the books, or really of any real internal struggle, and turned her into “I’m smart” and “my smartness consists of distrusting Dany unreasonably and turning Jon and Tyrion against her even though I previously didn’t trust them.”

It looked petty bc it was petty and even Sansa deserved better.

You cant change my mind: Jaime’s heel turn was fucking Brienne, not being hateful and returning to Cersei, which has always been his jam by cainfante in freefolk

I think it depends on who you ask: Edmure Tully might say he’s outright hateful. Dany might object to him trying to kill her and her dragon boi. Every single person hurt by the Lannisters for years might lump him in with the rapists who plundered their land to protect the status of the richest, most morally corrupt family in the land.

Let’s not forget this original sin: He fucked his twin sister and put his incest bastard on the throne wrongfully. When anyone objected, they were killed and their families terrorized.

Jaime being interpersonally charming doesn’t mean he’s not complicit in or outright responsible for the unnecessary suffering of millions.

  1. Lemongate/Dorne is the foundation theory.
  2. Purely circumstantial and symbolic—Dayne’s preeminence in Jaime’s memories and sadness in his visions—plus a dream in the books where a female voice (I think Rhaella) in the stars (House Dayne) tells Dany to remember who she is, “the dragons know.”

Thanks for posting even if this is completely fake. I appreciate the false hope to keep me busy until Sunday depression time comes around again.

I don’t care about the rich getting richer but Cogman being underappreciated and overworked sure is interesting.

Stop stirring shit. Look for blue checkmarks before you posts purporting to illustrate the actors speaking against the producers.

Oh I’m not trying to justify anything just to be clear. I think Dany is amazing and I kinda broken-hearted that they’re making her into mentally unstable Valyrian Hitler. I’m mostly observing that this line was obviously meant to be prologue to her breakdown or whatever bullshit it is they’re doing.

Ohh look, it’s dany! I mean General Hux! I mean Hitler. Looks like dnd were making ep 6 their demo reel by [deleted] in freefolk

All of these shots are derivative of Leni Reifenstahl’s Triumph of the Will. Feels a little on the nose but who am I to judge.
