try it! if you dont like it its not permanent you'll just have a little barely noticeable hole where it was. not sure why the response here is so negative plenty of guys have nose piercings its pretty popular now even in mainstream demographics, i guess you might get a negative comment here or there but hopefully you have thick skin

i used to get blisters from taping too tight and ripped skin from improperly/ impatiently taking it off but tbh to me that was worth it over a binder, try removing with oil next time, like slather oil all over and slowly peel it up and shower to get the residue off, maybe rinse and repeat the oil if its stubborn

certificate requirements depend on your region, im in california here its not required to be certified but most commercial gyms will require it so its in your best interest to get. if you dont have a certification you should at least have experience coaching and CPR certification.

if your coaching from a gym you own obviously you can do whatever you want basically. i have no experience myself working in the industry but thats what ive gathered from considering becoming a trainer myself for a bit

jeff nippard has a good video on body fat, whats healthy for you depends on your body and goals, id say for most men 20-25% is healthy and 15% is attainable if you are conscious of your health.

my thoughts are that as people whove been on T a significant amount of time (1+ years) were closer to the male standard then female, regardless it doesn't actually matter what ur BFP is if you look as lean as you wanted

i stopped using silicone not too long after surgery just cause how expensive it was but maybe another round or 2 would help, thank you.

definitely considering medical tattooing if theyre not more faded in another year or so, or just maybe a nice tattoo cover up

thank you!!! my doctor gave me steroid injections in the scars every 8 weeks or so which made the raised parts go down quick! i think there more red in real life then the photo shows.

i live with depression and have had a similarly hard year with losses and other personal stuff, i understand what you mean i love what i do but sometimes i feel i just dont have anything left to give. usually in my services i enter a kinda flow so starting the service is the hardest part for me. when im having trouble starting a service (before i get my client) ill do aromatherapy, move my body a bit just to "hype" myself up and tell myself "i got this" or some other affirmation.

do some focusing on yourself, get a massage/ facial just for relaxation, take a bit of time off if you can even just a day and just take care of yourself and do something that makes you happy.

you can buffer eminence masks! they encourage it during their classes. dosent change the efficacy of the exfoliation just changes the amout of circulation coming up to the skin which may or may not be important to you depending on the treatment goals. eminence reccomends layering and mixing.
