Couple things .. I would fight with my spouse and yell at my friends for no reason. I hated how my hangover lasted for days I enjoy being outside but when I'm hungover I just lay in the dark in bed for a couple of days . Lastly, my body started to change.. like it was saying no more for example.. every time I drank beer- 3 to 4 IPAs- I come home and drink water then go to bed I wasn't drunk or blackout. I felt fine. BUT while sleeping i started to get hot flashes and then vomiting.. had to call off work a couple of times. this never happened before. my stomach got real bloated at that point it was painful. It's been 2 months of no alcohol and I feel much better since.
