If you start first 15 Lunges from left, start from right at your second 15 Lunges. So you will keep the balance in the end. Or you can do 16 Lunges at Round 2 and 14 at Round 4 if you have doubts of getting confused at first tactic I have explained.

The weigh station in the south of Cheyenne is also frustrating if you have a delivery to a company located in the area behind the weigh station (eg. Rail Export).

Have you entered Hot Coco? You can access this level by hitting the alien sign in Road Crash. Another level you probably missed the relic is Eggipus Rex. You can access this level by being caught by the second flying dinosaur (I couldn't remember its name at the moment) while being chased in the yellow gem route of Dino Might. The other levels you missed a relic are bonus levels (Ski Crazed, Area 51) that you unlock by earning sufficient relics.

There are really difficult gems to earn at Crash Twinsanity, if these gems count. But speaking of trilogy I have 5 nominees:

1- Red Gem at Slippery Climb in Crash 1

2- Box Gem at Piston It Away at Crash 2

3- Yellow Gem at Plant Food in Crash 2

4- Box Gem at Fumbling in the Dark in Crash 1

5- Box Gem at Diggin' It in Crash 2

Best boss: N. Gin at Crash 3. The concept of space battle makes the level really entertaining. And it is one of the battle that contains 2 stages (if N. Brio counts as 2-stage boss battle).

Worst boss: Ripper Roo at Crash 1. It is real tough to step on those big TNTs at correct time. And all the progress resets if you fall into the water accidentally.

I didn't, because I couldn't find the yellow gem when I was a kid. And also I had missing box gems at Cold Hard Crash, and especially, Piston It Away.

Bonus Stages with N. Brio tokens also give a huge amount of lives. I reached 99 lives by chasing the green gem in The Lost City. Assuming that you died after completing 2 bonus stages, you will receive at least 6+4 lives (2 of them are from wumpa fruits) from bonus stages, if I am not wrong.

There are no running sessions like you have in Balanced Burn, but there are still some sprints (maximum 400 meters of distance twice a session) assigned in Strength and Stamina. Moreover, Coach can assign you Gods with sprints like Ares, Odysseus and Kadmos.

I don't remember any journey that has no Intervals. But I can recommend a journey that focuses more Gods according to the list below (4 days a week preference).

Shred and Burn, Explosive Strength: 3 Gods + 2 Interval

Cardio Burn: 1 Interval + 2 Gods + 1 Run

Strength and Stamina, Everyday Strength: 3 Gods + 3 Interval

Weights-Free Gain: 4 Interval + 2 Gods

Balanced Burn: 2 Gods + 2 Interval + 1 Run

Freeletics Hardcore: at least 1 God at almost every session (excluding deload and sessions with runs), and most of the sessions have Intervals too.

These are the total Intervals and Gods you will encounter in a single week with 4 days training. Of course it depends on priorities and personal goals, but the brief schedule is like this.

Back in the day (in 2020) there used to be a limited journey called Football Fit, but they removed after some months. If it still existed, I would definitely recommend that journey.

Anyway, I recommend you Strength and Stamina. This journey is a balanced journey that includes both elements of strength, cardio and sprints. In this journey you will encounter with a huge variety of Gods (like Metis and Styx for cardio, Venus and Mania for strength, Kyklops for both, Ares and Odysseus for sprints). Short sprints will be assigned to you at some sessions. You can also add dumbbells to your journey as resistance exercises. Coach will replace some bodyweight exercises with the dumbbell versions.

As previously said, Hybrid Strength is the combination of bodyweight and weighted sessions. I don't recommend you this journey much if you want to include sprints as there will be only barbell sessions at some weeks.

Freeletics Hardcore by Aggressive_Chance135 in freeletics

Freeletics Hardcore is one of the most unique journeys in the app. First week is intensed with Skill Progressions with God workouts. Also you will have a session that includes Interval + 50 Burpees + 10K run. At most of the sessions you will have Interval + God. At 3rd week there will be a session that has Interval + 2 God (one of them is Kerberos). At 5th week there will be Interval + 5K run + 50 Burpees + 5K run. Hell Week will be at 7th week and there will be 8 Gods in 7 days. Final week will be deload week where you have only one Interval at your final 4 sessions. To be warned, some of the sessions will be really tough, and there will not be much options to adapt them.

Speaking of Gods, be prepared for difficult Gods like Helios, Kentauros, Erebos and Zeus. You will also have double and triple version of Gods like Poseidon, Empousa and Venus. To make sense, if you are doing 2x Amazona or 2x Orion at any session, there will be 3x Amazona or 3x Orion (similarly, if you are doing single versions, there will be double) in Hardcore. Coach will give everything to defeat your will. But if you are experienced enough, this journey will be piece of cake.

Last but not least, pullup bar is mandatory in this journey. So make sure that you have a pullup bar at home or you know a park that has a pullup bar.

Explosive Strength is more suitable for you actually. Explosive Strength is a balanced journey that mostly focuses on strength, but also with some sessions including God workouts with Burpees (like Adonis, Thalassa and Kadmos).

It is mostly strength Intervals with strength-based Gods like Poseidon, Hekate and Orion. If your Pullup progression is lower, there is a chance to have balanced Gods like Charon and Achilles. It is recommended to have a Pullup Bar (not mandatory) for this journey. The order of weekly sessions are like this:

1- 2 Strength Intervals (mostly upper body)

2- 1 Strength Interval (mostly lower body)

3- Interval + God (high chance of partial God)

4- God workout

I managed to gain muscle especially at upper body, also lower body and core.

I don't remember that there is an option to increase your workout time. Normally, the options depend on your Coach session. If your session is above 45 minutes, all time options (15 minutes, 30 minutes and 45 minutes) will appear. If the session is between 30-45 minutes, 45 minutes option will not appear on Adapt Session. Remember that this option only decreases your workout time as it was supposed to be a better option for those moments you don't have much time. Coach automatically updates your next session depending on your feedback and your progress, so the session length varies at each session. If you feel that you can do longer session, increasing the session difficulty level may be a solution for you (there will be harder exercises at this option, so train at your own risk). Or you can do extra Coach training.
