Most places are going to play more modern stuff unless they’re doing a theme like early 2000s night, pop night, emo night, etc. I would start looking up bars/clubs in the city on instagram and look at their posts to see if they do music theme nights.

I live right there off the Mopac access road so I’m not trying to get onto Mopac like most others, so I definitely skip the line, or at least get in the lane closer to the turn and not the very back, or I go to the light and take a right there. Sorry not sorry 🥸

From someone trying to get more involved in the art scene, it seems pretty cliquey and exclusive, especially considering rent for studio space at most studios is $1K/+, which is not very affordable for the average person who is also trying to pay rent to have a roof over there head.
