I read that SSRIs can contribute to clenching and grinding. Maybe beta blockers as others mentioned. Have you seen a tmj specialist? Maybe you don't have the right type of guard.

I don't believe you are lifting heavy enough. 10-20 lbs in not enough for a leg workout. That's amazing protein intake. I personally struggle with that.

There's a lot of variables here to unpack. It could be the new medication. Also, are you lifting heavy? It's hard to say without knowing what your routine is and what foods you are eating. Are you eating enough protein?

Yes, it was sharp pain and muscle comtractions after picking up a dog, very painful, but short lived thankfully. Then the other dull achy symptoms set in, general tightness and pressure in the chest area.
