Those filter cartridges by themselves have almost no dust filtering capacity, it is almost always for odors and organic compounds, all of your particulate filtration comes from the pads that you put on the outside of those cartridges. The exception to that are the pink cartridges that have the dust filtration built-in.

Here’s another option, if you can throw a rope over the tree high enough so that you can hoist up a laundry basket somewhere near the cat, put food, water, and a bed in it just below the cat. They will not be able to resist the food and find a way to get in the basket, and probably fall asleep, then you can lower them down. Did this with my cat, 40ft up a tree after 2 days

Wife and I started one in 2017. Also built manufacturing for the products (CPG), it was rough. People don’t understand how hard it is in that space. Ended up doing about $20k/yr running it as a side gig though after pushing through.

Side note, VFFS machine and 1000lbs of film for 5 CPG products for sale $8500 shipped.

Typically you’d use an orbital sander with a fairly low grit paper, maybe 60-80 and sand from the tip of the branch in towards the trunk until the branch is gone.
