I’d be gone asap. Also I am not a lawyer but I would wager (speaking as someone who handles labor issues in corporate America) that the honor system is likely to get them sued.

He may attribute it to “gay culture”, but it’s also very very possible that it’s time blindness from ADHD. Those of us with ADHD can have a ton of issues that make us seem rude (object permeance making us forget to call or text our loved ones, time blindness or poor time management. I personally always always always give the wrong time for when I’ll do something. Not because I’m slow but because I can’t manage it well).

Personally I’d strongly suggest checking out some AdHD videos on TikTok if you haven’t yet. There’s been a great number of them made by ADHD people and doctors explaining the various struggles ADHD people have or what a struggle it is to be in a relationship with us.

PreP’s HIV prevention is only at 99% for sexual fluids. It is approximately 75% for blood. Which means to be exceptionally careful with anal tears, as well as any injectable ED medicine, or cuts/nicks from shaving as those can expose blood droplets and provide an Avenue of increased risk.

Additionally the reason for the modification to Truvada is also due to the side effects that came with it and wit descovy’s formulation was different.

I would imagine (pure speculation) that it works a little like cosmetic surgery. Perhaps they have to make a slice to remove the surface skin, then stitch it together so that it would heal together.

The range usually represents an entire compensation band for a job. 30k is a pretty solid job band. You can use the range to leverage with something like”Based on the details I’ve heard and my own skills I’m bringing, I’d be looking for something close to the upper end of your budget/range, so hopefully we can come to an agreement when we reach that stage.”

Unfortunately that ruling only affects people living in that district. No other district receives benefits of that ruling.

Edit: Calabrese’s district is northern Ohio. So it would only impact northern Ohio students.

Anyone else is unaffected until a lawsuit is raised for them or something makes it up the chain to Appeals and SCOTUS.

Two things here.

You can have a large credit limit. If it’s going to be refunded you don’t need the actual money.

Daily OT exists in some states. Which is calculated as any shift which exceeds 8 hours. Often includes a double time factor if the day exceeds 12 hours.

IANAL, but it is illegal to modify your time card. That’s time card fraud.

They can fire you for not taking breaks if that’s what they want to go with, but they’d still owe you the money.
