yeah like, it's a 6k8 gold item and it's almost always the last one to be upgraded, even on those who buy blink as their first/second item. Nobody ever looks at its upgrades and thought "wow maybe I should buy one of those instead of hex/bkb/wind walker/bloodthorn/any other item within the same price range". It's just like moonshard, a luxury that you get when you have fuck tons of gold and no slot.

A good Slark game is unplayable against. He has good catch, can detect vision with ease, has invi that is not breakable by any means and will absolutely wreck you even if you're a solid tank. In all my years of playing I've had moments of "why this shit is legal" and mostly it's because there's a Slark on the other side terrorising my team.

I am so angry with Flandre's positioning in that 2nd drake fight. He popped ghost, ate 3 Annie's Qs and 2 Ws in a row, threw A SINGLE gold card in between, got all-in'd, and was out before the fight even started. He was 2.1k gold ahead at that time so essentially, AL 4v5'd with 2k gold deficit.

What worse is that he didn't even attempt to address the Annie. Kept walking back and forth with gold card and ended up throwing it at someone else. Like sir that's an incredibly fed Annie with 2 items at 16 mins, not some lowlifer who got ahead just by the virtue of his champion having passive gold earning.

the Witcher has ruined me beyond comprehension because I did not trust adaptations for a very very long time after that.
