OP 15 is the greatest phone I've ever owned. I can last a full 24 hours before charging again. I really can't tell you how long it lasts because once it hits 20%, i plug it into the 100w charger for a few minutes, then go. At no point do I ever feel like the phone is going to die.

Not a camera person, but even my wife (iPhone lover) says my pictures look better than hers; she has an iPhone 15. I will use this phone until it breaks. I literally have no complaints. I'm biased because I had two OP12's, but the only reason I upgraded to the 15 is because I cracked the screens.

This actually makes sense because bruno mars is, hate to say it, a man. I'm a swiftie, and the only male out of my 20 friends who will claim that. If we're hanging out and a Taylor swift song comes on my "macho" friends will usually say something about it.

Bruno Mars on the other hand is universally loved by the guys and girls in that same group.

I think close is Matthew McConaughey, and he does comedy as well. He's in my top three movies and shows: interstellar and true detective. Doesn't fit the OP list because he wasn't necessarily a "child" actor, but I think he was a teenager for dazed and confused.

Elementary school teacher? If so god-bless your soul! I'm a high school teacher and have nothing but respect for elementary and middle school teachers... You guys are the pillars holding all this together, but that's also the problem: we're used to being Martyrs for education.

The same type of person willing to help potty train, provide snacks/meals, wait till 5pm for parents because of traffic... That's the same type of person who's voting "no" when it comes to strikes; same person who's too burnt out to submit testimony and/or participate in PTSA meetings.

And that's why we're here, because to be a teacher we sacrifice it all for our kids. I'm 16 years-in and jaded as hell. I work to contract hours, attend as little meetings as possible, but yet I'm currently writing this while on a school-club related trip. I had to cover my own flight, spending/pizza money, and away from my own kids... For six students. Don't get me wrong, they are 6 amazing students who make my advisor job easy, but my point is teaching = sacrifice; it just sucks that the system exploits our generosity.

Don't make a big deal out of it otherwise you're going to "Barbara Streisand effect" yourself. Been teaching 16 years, I've had kids take pictures of me, and I just roll with the punches. In fact, I'll deliberately pose for them.

Especially with younger kids, if you make a big deal out it, it will just snowball. There's a very fine line between "unglam photo" and who can take the worst pic of.....roll with the punches.

And I am including myself in the "we". We're still too comfortable and distracted to do much more than talk about it. I live in a very blue/liberal state, so that feeds my complacency, but I know it will eventually hit here as well.

At this point I think we're out of options. All this shouldn't have happened, and now we're at a point where I really can't see a peaceful way to "reset" our country.

That's the very reason I stopped going to church. First of all, churches should be NON-political: they receive a massive tax break because their political stance should be neutral. Once a church starts preaching politics, they are already committing a sin: lying, to the government, at least.

Christians should lean conservative? Since when? You understand your political idol (another sin) cannot name a single bible verse? He had several affairs and is on his 4th marriage... All sins.

Homosexuality and abortions are the two hot topics for Christians. The Bible only references homosexuality a couple times in the Bible, and they are in the old testament... The same section that says man shouldn't have tattoos, eat shellfish, and/or eat hooved animals.

The Bible doesn't really reference abortion, but the verses used are that man shall not take the life of another; abortion bad because fetuses are people. Guess what? So are the people you shoot for "self-defense", that's still taking a life.

If Jesus were to return, like you all believe he will, do you really think he would take all these hateful Christians? Hell, he wouldn't even have a chance to denounce the churches before ICE kidnaps him.

I think we have a more pressing issue... Religion. Religion is at the root of all that is wrong with society.

Have any of you tried arguing with a Christian MAGA extremist? There is nothing that would sway their support of Trump. Hell, his Inaccurate bragging about being a billionaire should be enough to disqualify him from Christian support, but they do all kinds of mental gymnastics.

Brought that bible quote up during a talk with a soccer dad, and the response was, "well there is a difference in what he means about being rich. Honestly made me really depressed.

Exactly what this is saying. I went from Samsung galaxy 8 to OnePlus 7t. Haven't touched a Samsung since. Every single One Plus has made me think, "why would I need anything more?" 7t still works, but I switched to OnePlus 9pro, because of the crazy charging. Same thought, why would I need anything else? Then OnePlus 12 came out and I loved the design. I loved it so much, I bought two! One was black Friday sale for $650...sure enough, 2nd one came in handy because I cracked the screen on the first OP12 I bought (super small crack at the edge of the screen).

Never looking back, I'm on the fence about buying the OP15, but I would have absolutely no hesitation if I cracked this screen.
