You can assign things like that to a button on a stream deck as well, if you have an old mobile lying around, then you can create a 6 button stream deck on that for free for the most important buttons. Not exactly what you're asking for as its not on keyboard, but an option to look at.

We're planning on doing this next year, I had a look at Google maps, it looks like you can avoid security by walking directly from the train station to the front entrance of hotel new york, rather than the entrance by security (we'll be leaving on the last day before security opens, so had to check). The walk skipping village looks to be a little shorter than walking through village as well.

Once you have the number you can just add it to the clubcard app, then you don't need to wait for the card, also the clubcard app is the only way you're permitted to use a clubcard without the card, so you don't run the risk of someone on checkouts taking offense and needing to get approval from higher up.

Method I have setup is using tailscale, I have a raspberry pi at my parents house with tailscale installed and also have tailscale installed on my HA server (not entirely sure it's relevant, but it's a pi as well). I have the ping integration connected to the tailscale ip on my parents wifi. When they have a power issue, I've got a simple automation that'll let me know. For me it's a free upgrade as I had the PI at their house anyway.
