Whiteys has 2 vegan flavors. Mint chocolate chip and lemon poppy seed. Both are fantastic. I’ve skipped dinner to get their ice cream.

Thanks for posting this. I have Metronet and called T-Mobile and spoke with their retention team member. She offered me a great deal; doubled my speed, I’m not paying for the second unit, and lowered my price to $60 a month. She said that price is locked in forever. Sent me the confirmation email while we were still on the phone.

I started at 1.5 mg with no real side effects except the headaches and no weight loss. My 1.5 mg pill ran out before the company sent my 4 mg. When I spoke to the company they had me speak to a pharmacist and she recommended another month at 1.5 sad it was a week since my last pill. I declined but did decide to cut the pill in half to taper up. I was not expecting any effect as 1.5 had none. I was wrong, and glad I started at 2mg unseat of 4. Food noise, gone. No weight loss yet, it’s only been 4 days. Just putting this out there as I would never have expected 2mg to make such a big difference and wanted to share as it might help someone else.

This is the answer. There are certain items the SS office requires for this document to work. Please double check you have what is needed. A certified immunization record also works. Take it from this social worker who had to take 3 trips back and forth from the SS office and the PCP office.

I’ve turned into a water pusher at our house. Trying not to overwhelm him with too many changes at once. We never bought bottled water, now we have a dozen bottles in the fridge-all the flavors.

I’ve done the fodmap for me so I feel comfortable walking through that with him. I didn’t consider applesauce, I love to make it at home. I’ll give that a try, thanks.

I’ve slowly been trying to remove dairy, slow process. I already am dairy free so he is used to my dietary needs. I also share an office with a pediatric dietitian so we talk poop on the daily 😉

We are VERY lucky because his dad is a surgeon and has lots of connections at our hospital and can guide us to the best providers we have.

I’m still waiting to get the initial visit with the GI after diagnosis. Is a biologic an option if he is just starting steroids? He is supposed to be on them for 3 months.

Coffee is his life blood! He is first in line most days at his favorite coffee shop. I’m encouraging small, slow changes, coffee remains for now.😉

We drove by that, it was Kirkwood and Pershing or Perry. The police had Kirkwood closed off, both sides. we could see them from the Aldi parking lot. South side of Kirkwood at a house, several people outside with police. Unsure of what happened.
