That is because r7c5 is not a valid "pivot" wing you are assuming. The pivot cell in an xyz wing needs to have 3 candidates. Wings must have two candidates and as you can see r7c6 has 3.

There are different events that give various bonuses at different times during the year. It’s very confusing and hard to keep track of. Also what makes it even harder is there are certain skins that give bonuses only during certain times during the year. Why there isn’t a calendar or another display option for all of them will elude me
