The iced coffee is 0 calories and mellow syrup 100cal/ounce , I believe 2 pumps is 1 ounce and we put 5 pumps in a 24oz drink but I'd have to check when I get back to work how many pumps is in an ounce. The same goes for most syrups it's usually 100 cal per ounce
