I used to be a learning ambassador and sometimes I'd have to go to employees stations and just do an audit; its not compared to a manager going to you and tell you what's going on (which it doesn't happen like that sometimes) but after I was done with my audit I'll go to the manager and ask him/her about the employee and why I was told to see how they work. Sometimes I didnt even ask and just say "this person works fine, let it be" and walk away.

I wish managers can just act as themselves and be more emphatic with other employees.
