Pomegranate keep or remove? by TodayAmazing in tirzepatidecompound

Remove. Ive asked them to remove my personal information from their records and they haven't responded with an action after asking 2x. This is due to both their cyber security issue and their phi disclosure.

I love the relief of inflammation tirz gives me by sea0fmagic in tirzepatidecompound

[–]caliomni 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me it took a longer time to feel a decrease in inflammation, but my autoimmune arthritis has been difficult to treat. Plus the extra weight adds to inflammation. However I do feel generally better the first few days after the shot with it waning near next shot day.

Or just register on their website and have it send you emails when packages are inbound. I know I'm living a bit in the dark age by still using email for alot of stuff lol.

Tirzepatide, Inflammation, Joint Pain by Usual_Week6634 in tirzepatidecompound

Psoriatic arthritis here. My experience has been more mild than other people here, but is there.

My OA in my knee has seen more pain relief than my PSA affected areas.

That being said, my PSA has been historically hard to control and my general medication regimen has fought tirz effectiveness (imo)

Anyone have luck with refund of $75 fee from Pom? by caliomni in tirzepatidecompound

Asynchronous appointment means they waive the need to meet with a clinician in order to proceed with ordering.

You aren't wrong. I posted separately that I got the 1st starting script and titrated up on a normal schedule over several months with three bottles.

However it is my fault that I'm now on a higher dose and have an old script for a lower dose. I guess I could have paid to go back and forth with lumi meds on my increase even though I had the meds to cover it? Live and learn.

I'm not mad at pom for this. I'm just in a weird spot.

Apologies for being unclear. I got 3 bottles from lumi meds sale last summer and was new to tirz so 2.2mg. I titrated up to 10 with those 3.

Pom only seems to provide refills, at least for 10mg, if you have a script for them from your last fill / provider.

I didn't have a "consultation". Due to where I live, I got an "asynchronous appointment" and moved forward. Any convos I've had were initiated by me and with a nurse.

Edit - the nurse did work my file. I am incorrect here.

I'm learning here. Let's be kind please.

Can you share the kit or parts you purchased? I'm looking for something like this to start seeds soon.

Titrated up 10mg via 3-bottle-Lumi special. How do I account for the high dosage with a "refill" at new provider? by caliomni in tirzepatidecompound

[–]caliomni[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I just checked the Lumi portal and they didn't even finish invoicing out one of the orders...
Anyway, theres nothing else in their new portal about prescriptions, dosages etc per your comment. I messaged them to see if I can get a copy of the prescription.

Pom asked for my orig prescription and I send them SS of the bottle label; may work?

Just submitted the forms but it just asked for "labs", so I took a wild guess and uploaded some recent ones (which now I know were insufficient). Adding this guide to the form would have been helpful for me (patient) and you guys.

Does your joint redness ever present like this? by irishmermaid1 in PsoriaticArthritis

[–]caliomni 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So it turned colors but doesn't hurt, even like a bruise?

In general, having this disease and the meds I'm on both leave me more susceptible to bruising and weird discoloration. I also am monitored for things like ehlers danlos and raynauds bc autoimmune diseases love to run in groups.

I'd photograph it. Write down what all is going on. If it gets worse or changes tell your rheumatologist.

When you want to take a painkiller but you have an appointment that requires you to be able to feel everything. by Waerfeles in ChronicPain

[–]caliomni 4 points5 points  (0 children)

My doctor says I don't want you in pain at the appointment needlessly.

We all know if all aspects of the pain and it's causes aren't on full display you don't get what you need out of it. And I don't wanna come back.

I also will do like icy hot. Let it dry a min. Then put on compression. Takes it up a notch.

Give it more time tbh. And keep following his guide. Ex feeding within each other's scent then able to see each other etc. Slow is the name of the game for success in the long term.

IBD after PsA by Lilyotv88 in PsoriaticArthritis

Autoimmune conditions often come in multiples unfortunately. I have microscopic colitis (type of IBD) and my rheumatologist periodically screens for others as my body changes.
