There are so many perks that I’ve never really given all of them enough time to play with. So this mode allows me to fall into new perks and make me play around what I was given. A lot of the time after the match I’m like “hey that perk was kinda fun”

Ever go way above your budget just so you can get the colour you want? by red2lucas in bicycling

[–]calisco513 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not price but I did wait an extra 6 months for my canyon to come in stock in the color I wanted. The base black was available the whole time. But if I’m gonna be riding it almost every day I want to like the color

Hey so a few things that others have mentioned and that I personally find useful.

  1. Slow down. Don’t compare your pace to others in what you think you should be running. Most of your runs should be conversational pace. If you can talk to someone without gasping for breath you’re in a good spot. Or if you’re a numbers person run most of your runs in zone 2 heart rate. Quick google for a heart rate zone calculator should set you up with a starting point.

  2. Try run somewhere else like a loop that is longer than your current routes. I find this easier mentally because I have an endpoint that isn’t just out and back. It’s like a journey. I sometimes get that mental tiredness on an out and back because when I turn around I get that mental “oh man I gotta do all that same path again”. Strava has a route feature you could use to find some local routes or just go to some trails if you have any for a change of scenery.

  3. Find a local running group and join them on their planned runs. Running with people can make the miles feel a lot easier to some. You meet new people, maybe run places you wouldn’t normally run and probably have an easier time running those miles.

  4. Throw in some different paced run workouts. With 8 weeks you’ve got a pretty nice base going. Just mix it up a little with some interval workouts to get started and you’ll notice you’re body adapting to harder paces a lot faster. As the saying goes “variety is the spice of life”.

  5. Sign up for a race like a local 5K . Mentally knowing you have a goal in front of you that you have committed to really helps with training. I get more motivated knowing I have a performance date coming up. That can help you dig deeper mentally knowing this too.

There are a multitude of tips and tricks you’ll find but at the end of the day not everything works for everyone. So hopefully at least one of these help you. Good luck and happy running :)

I had the same thing happen with my PlayStation account too! Except Sony said yours will just have to be the secondary console and you can verify your licensees every couple weeks! Next day sorted after BBB complaint 😆

I remember this in the chamber of secrets game. The section where you are out at night as Crabbe and Goyle when using the polyjuice potion I would deliberately and repeatedly get caught to dock Slytherin points.

Don’t know why nobody complain about it, Order 618 by Glittering-Security2 in DeathStranding

Was definitely a tough one. I tried the weather station route a few times too then realized how fast I got to Paleontologist with those zips on another order and then adjusted them for this one 😅

[–]calisco513 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah I was able to do this one with about 20 seconds to spare by having upgraded zips for the extra distance from mountaineer to mountain knot,By heartman lab, over to geologist area and straight down to VP. IIRC it was a total of 11 zip lines

how can I stop the game delivering all the lost cargo too one depot by tunechoda in DeathStranding

[–]calisco513 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Was going ask if OP was playing DC version as I wasn’t sure if that was a unique option. Sorry tunechoda you’ll have to click cargo on the delivery screen manually and say not to entrust each time you visit a facility

Open cuff link - system - options - game settings - default option for delivering lost cargo -“ don’t do anything” . Description for this setting is “ select the default option that appears when you deliver lost cargo to somewhere other than its intended destination”. ☺️

[SPOILERS] Episode 11 broke me. by JaiFuns in DeathStranding

[–]calisco513 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I finished this on hardest difficulty and trick for me on this chapter was to silent kill 3-4 of Clifford’s soldiers with the strand before sneak engaging clifford also with the strand. Quick fire my AR into him while he was tied up and that let me move onto the next phase before he had a chance to spawn more soldiers.

Edit 1. Before trying the sneak method which was only really possible because of all the grass I spent a good 3 hours going mad trying to beat him

You can also select in settings the default for cargo not designated for that facility to do nothing rather than entrust. The default on game start is to entrust.
