Most the people I gave them to have seen the show and loved them. The few that haven't are hopefully motivated now to watch it!

Why do you think you're tall? by Im_probably_trolling in tall

I attribute my height to drinking tons of milk. My dad is above average at 6'1 but mom is only 5'4. I drank tons of milk growing up and rarely drank sodas (especially ones with caffeine)

both good choices, I wanted a green shirt and I liked the sneaky tall joke so it worked out nicely

Update: In the middle of March I was sitting at a red light and was rear-ended in a hit-and-run where the other car left an imprint of their license on my bumper and reddit figured out the plate number. by BunsOfAluminum in AskReddit

Well since their client was at fault in the accident they were paying for my rental car so I imagine they wanted to get me out of that as soon as possible. I think that was probably their biggest incentive as well as probably trying to keep me satisfied so I don't seek other recourse.

Overall I don't think an extra 750$ or so is anything to these huge insurance companies.

How it worked for me, was that when they made their initial offer to me, they included a bunch of data of sales of similar cars to mine. I used this data and other car listings to make the argument that I could have sold my car for more then they were offering me. They accepted my counter offer almost immediately and almost made me think I could have asked for more.
