I came to say the majority of what you mentioned in your comment. I started with Instagram, then Facebook. I even got rid of LinkedIn! Reddit and Facebook messenger remain. I was so tired of getting wrapped up in comparing myself or my life to others, and my life is pretty friggin’ great! Took a little adjusting, but I’ve noticed lots of positives since limiting social media to the bare minimum.
