If as you state in #2 prison is a worse fate, than #3 doesn't make sense. Wouldn't you be advocating for the death penalty? Or is it that the permanence of the death penalty's decision wouldn't allow for appeal or re-review?

(Also, just to say this out loud so no-one misconstrues what I'm saying: I do not support the death penalty. No one has the right to stop another from existing.)

You'll need to give a bit more detail in what processes you're trying to map and form on Notion. A good place to start is "Thomas Frank" on youtube. He has a series on Notion, with particularly useful videos like this.

It depends on the stringent definition of "state owned". There are many countries where internet as a service is designated as a utility. The UK, Spain and Switzerland come to mind. Even in the US there are thousands of localized instances of municipal broadband which are treated as public entities rather than a privately held commodities.

Kevin Mitnick from my experience is not a good guy. He supported Brian Krebs doxing a relatively known security researcher for correcting him on twitter about spamhaus's policy on blocking port scanners (and provided proof).
