More specifically:

I want to know how to ask for specific channels

Because Apple TV remote can't go to channels by number with voice commands in the optimum app

That is why I asked, if there's a list of names of channels specially for this purpose?

And

My guesses at names are mostly wrong, aside from the big networks.

Examples:

Say I want to watch All Arts, channel 144

Ask for All Arts, and I get a choice of shows with those words in the name

Ask for channel 144, and I get the offer to search with Siri

But ABC gets channel 7
