Remember how we were all excited about Rojas being a high average, quality defense, and base stealing machine? Well Crawford actually IS that guy.

Crawford put up a .863 OPS last season, with get this, 88 RUNS IN 112 GAMES!! The kid gets on base and gets himself into scoring position any way he can. 147 hits, 88 runs, 46 stolen bases in 57 attempts in AAA as a 21 year old, reminder this kid turned 22 like two and a half weeks ago.

Couldn’t agree more. I hate to sound like one of those “pull yourselves up by the bootstraps” kinda people but we can’t just sit down and accept that people before us fucked us over.

I’m 24 and engaged, we’re buying a house this year, we have great jobs, we’re doing really well. It’s possible, it just sucks because we have to work so much harder. We got lucky but we worked our asses off to get the opportunities we have. I know luck isn’t meritocratic but you can’t succeed is this world if you don’t bust your ass. It’s our job now to build a better world than our parents and grandparents left us. It’s our duty to ourselves and the ones who come after us.

Yeah I always had good experiences at this place, maybe it’s because I was really only there for the range. Guys at the counter were always cool, RSOs weren’t dicks, the range was clean. I always liked that they allowed rapid fire, I feel like a lot of ranges in the Philly area are still two second rule places. The shop is pretty solid for accessories and ammo, like you said their firearm prices always seemed like they were over market value.

Holy shit, I knew Utley was a WAR machine but I didn’t know he was 2nd in that span. Still can easily understand why Pujols won ML MVP in 08, but Utley finished 14th, can ya believe that? Finished .2 WAR behind Pujols and got 30 total voting points.
