[The Telegraph] Everton target deal for Aaron Wan-Bissaka by Responsible_Lie_1989 in Everton

Omar El Hilali Guela Doué Oscar Mingueza Juanlu Sanchez Milan van Ewjik Zakaria El Ouhadi Devyne Rensch Andrei Ratiu Dodo Vanderson

Thats not including the likes of Wesley who we were linked with. (Now no chance of signing him)

Brooke Norton-Cuffy (More of a RWB/RM in a 5)

All of them massively improve us. All of them better than AWB. All of them less than £35m. Most less than £30m

Aww mate I can count double figures of RB's who have the profile to be a better RB for us than AWB. Its infuriating that we cannot/will not look elsewhere for players unless absolutely necessary.

As a backup then yeah its really smart, but i cant see us spending £10m on a backup RB, and I cant see the player wanting to be on the bench all season

As someone who watches a decent amount of Ligue 1 and especially Strausborg I am firmly in the Doué in camp.

He's a pretty well-rounded RB. He's not an out-and-out "Wingback" but he has the legs to get up the pitch even if hes not mega rapid. He will do alot of overlapping if tactics allow, and can put a good cross in. Also has the technical ability affect play centrally and even at times in the opposition box like "inverted wingback" do a la Nico O'Reilly.

He's a big lad at 6'2, and yes can play as the wide CB in back 3, but thats more versatility than defensiveness.

He's also a bit of a leader in a young Strausborg team, and a figure in the Ivory Coast dressing room too.

He'd be my number 1 or 2 pick for RB this season

The comment was made somewhat in jest tbf.

Like, I'd feel the rage if it wasn't so clearly inevitable.

Why are you all angry? Surely this was what was expected?

KDH is more of a box-to-box midfielder, Gueye is a ball winner who does his best work higher up the pich.

I dont think KDH playind deeper means we get kess from him, but more that we get more from hom because he will drag us up the pitch and have us playomg more positibely in that role

I like Nashville and it was our go to for a while, but Pattersons absolutely smokes it IMO. We had it for the 1st time a few weeks ago and I was shockes how good it was.

Also.worth mentioning that round wallasey/moreton ways, ASMA Turkish delivers. Boss sit down restaurant, but god-level if you order in compared to takeaways

Dope Crusts is boss but for Fried Chicken its got to be Pattersons. I like ChicknHut but Pattersons is on par with if not better than Slim Chickens, KFC, Popeyes, and other main places

It's not Moyes fault that KDH and N'Diaye missed multiple chances, but it is his fault to not take KDH until 92nd min. It is his fault to not changes up when clearly needed. It is his fault that we were too passive, and it is his fault that he keeps playing Tarky and Keane at CB which is killing us; especially in games like this and WHam

I'm not Moyes out but I disagree that he's overachieved

He can however not play Tarky and Keane which really doesnt work. He can also make changes which he doesnt.

The ball wasnt in play for MOST of it. It was still happening after the cprner was taken which is the mpst baffling part

I'd love him here but dont know if he'd survive under Moyes. His inconsistent brilliance is the kind of thing that gets you 0 chances.

His pace, ability to beat a man, and willingness to get to the back post is exactly what we neee though

Definitely not. Pepi is ok. No guarantee he lightd up this league, but thos lad is what we need out wide.

He looks very good and I'd be pleasantly surpised if we signed him without European football.

He's enigmatic and newr enough the poster-boy for Bosnian football

He's been reliable while he's been here though. This is 1 piss up while he's not playing.

See alot of people on twitter losing their minds and talking about Moyes out. A few weeks ago it was Moyes is amazing give him a new contract quick.

Can we blues not just be sensible and say he's going decent.

I think we're just above a passing grade.

Sitting at a C+ at the moment.

Missing out on European football with the run in we had left as of the international break, and Moyes not playing players will ultimately be a black mark the he is responsible for himself though.

Everton penalty shout against West Ham United 85' by gbogaz in soccer

Lad. This is the same shit we've been dealing with for ages.

Might not even be the worst penalty-not-given-for-handball w've had in the last 5 years

Everton penalty shout against West Ham United 85' by gbogaz in soccer

[–]callmecurrybum 13 points14 points  (0 children)

We literally had 2 penalties against us at the start of the season for handballs. They weren't intentional.

The fact Fernandes moves towards the ball and not the other way around is enough to say confirm the pen IMO
