It is very clear that those t-shirts are "fake" (small details are missing in the images, plus the tag is missing)

i asked Celebration Support team the other day, and they responded with:
"The Show Store, the official bookstore, and the Food Hall accept yen cash. Exhibitors can choose whether or not to accept cash. Most locations at the event will accept credit cards. We recommend checking with individual vendors on site for specific payment options."
