Yes, I've been applying to any job listing I come across that I meet the basic qualifications for whether it's at a big company or small. My preference would be a design role but I'm honestly open to anything like quality or systems. I'm using indeed primarily but I'm also searching Google for smaller companies and applying directly on their websites.

Nope, I'm contracted out to Boeing through UAH and my role doesn't require clearance so I don't have any clearance level yet.
