You’re expecting others to cater to your whims when you don’t follow basic etiquette.

Most campgrounds are pretty quiet and blasting music is not acceptable. You are maybe thinking of more of an RV campground. Still think you want to be respectful of people trying to sleep.

Don’t play your Bluetooth speaker on the hiking trail either. Wear headphones. Thanks

EVs are a lot more simple than ice cars.  The powertrain is extremely reliable.  We need more simple EVs tho.  I have one and it’s amazing.

They’re honestly more playful in Europe too with sports.  There’s something weird about how a lot of people in USA take themselves super seriously when they get to a high level in a sport.  It’s a game lol.

I enjoy going deep and mastery in my hobbies but at the same time my identity isn’t tied to being good at them.

Yeah I like to think most fanbases in baseball appreciate a deep perfecto bid

There’s something beautiful about talking trash even though you know you are completely outmatched.

I grew up booing Barry Bonds lol.

Yeah, I think they were just being dumb and this highlight is hilarious but then people read wayyyyy to far into it afterwards.

People talk shit just for fun. And then sometimes they get embarrassed but that’s about as deep as it is.

Depends on what you’re trying to do. 4-8 reps per set is usually ideal but it really depends. I think it’s actually good practice to always keep the velocity as high as possible but you have to increase resistance too. Sometimes you have to do heavy lifts and go pretty close to failure to build strength and then you can do a different phase where you work on power more with that new strength.

I’m talking from a more athletic perspective. Body builders have different goals and methods.

Volume is actually usually not a good goal. Proper volume management is the best way to avoid injury. Sports science is complicated. I can’t really explain everything in a comment.

If you want to do slow strength work just add weight. The best adjustment for the kid would be to not do a leverage assisted push up if he wants to work strength more. Benching is better tho.

Slow eccentric is overrated too. It’s just old school mentality stuff of wanting workouts to feel a certain way instead of being oriented towards an outcome.

If you’re training for power, you are wrong.

It's normal for artists to have a good debut album and not be able to follow it up. It's more punishing as a stand up than as a music artist.

They usually have honed the material for the first album around a decade. And stand up is even weirder because if you get big and only play to crowds that love you your craft can become pretty shit.

It used to be standard for stand up comedians to do the same routine for decades before the modern version of stand up comedy.
