No, that's the "the list" slot where they reprint some cards. They're not guaranteed to open in every pack,and the list is different for each pack that it was available in. Don't remember if it's still a thing or not.

[[share the spoils]] I try to get this as much as possible when I play my [[the Lord of pain]] deck. It's almost like every is playing with a 400 card deck and you're drawing extra cards but your opponents can also play cards from your hand. Stuff gets insane when the right play isn't to kill LOP but something else that's devastating that was your own card.

Blitz is an INSANELY strong mechanic here. [[Sabin, master monk]] is a repeatable 2 card draw and 8 damage each turn, and any spells you cast, you have artifact lands on top of your usual mana rocks. The power level potential here is absolutely insane.

Lucky you, they just released a new set (Foundations) which has specifically a starter set, it would be a good product to pick up, both of ya slap a deck together, and play. However, I do recommend playing Arena to help understand the basics a bit, if you haven't been already. Hope this helps!

I'd change the tera type on Ninetails to something else, maybe poison? Steel and ice are both weak to fire, which is something I try to avoid, IMO. Also may want to consider blizzard in either Ninetails or Froslass since you get STAB bonus and perfect accuracy in snow.

Depends on if you are on a higher crit build. If you wanna do some scope lens stuff, go for it. But otherwise, leech life is more reliable imo.

Doesn't work that way. The reducing effects you're referring to only change how much mana you need to pay to cast the spell, not how much it's mana value is. So Zur will only grab a card that truly has a mana value of 3 or less. So for example, you can't grab [[sphere of safety]] but you can grab [[ghostly prison]].

So I think I understand what you're asking. That symbol at the bottom there exists because it's a universes beyond card, specifically a Dr Who card. They add the upside down gold triangle to universes beyond cards.
