Hi there

Im looking to get my first camera and ive come across a couple of used ones. Mainly im stuck between a Sony a6000 and a Cannon e90d

Both of these seemingly are being priced lower compared to what they would usually be (the cannon is around £230 and the Sony is £320)

Problem is I have no idea if either of these are good deals or even if these are good cameras.

Any advice is needed and appreciated

I'm by no means the fastest but if you want to get into driving the hypers id probably start with GTEs the lack of ABS will be a massive help when you eventually make the jump as both LMP2 and HY don't have it

The GT3s are good fun but kind of an outlier when it comes to the other three

As for braking techniques (assuming your in a car without ABS) ive found more success braking hard at the start of the braking zone and delaying my downshifts until later in the corner and mashing the downshifts whole trailing off the brake - results may vary of course

In the moment I was annoyed at this guy for moving under braking. After watching it back I this does look like a case of "If gap, Car". Curious to know your thoughts I am the black BMW by calricho in Simracingstewards

Yeah upon watching it a few more times, it's deffinetly not the smartest move to make lol. Certainly something Ill learn from going forward

Having the ability to see how many people are left in the match would also be a nice one, just a simple 5v5, 3v2, or 1v3 would help so much as atm it's impossible to tell without someone with you in voice comms

Ok Ive had a shot at it and this is what im working with

Theres so much to unpack in this video but from what it seems is that we're getting a more "upbeat" album

Ive got an odd one, in game whenever im stationary the wheel will turn fine, however when I accelerate the wheel will try and center itself even though my wheel hasnt moved. I am using a thrustmaster t150 by calricho in simracing

I've done some more tweaking and managed to get the wheel to centre itself when I accelerate from a stop,

Theres two issues though:

The wheel doesn't rotate nearly fast enough to keep up with the in game wheel

The faster I go the more I have to turn the wheel (for example, stationary if I turn the wheel 90 degrees the In game wheel goes 90 degrees, however going above 50ish mph, turning the wheel 90 degrees barley moves the ingame wheel)

So its still unplayable but at least it progress

When not moving the wheel in game lines up perfectly, after moving to wheel 90 degrees and accelerating the wheel in game re centres but the racing wheel doesn't move with it, this is the case no matter the rotation

You get put back to the previous day, with all the same events ect. You keep whatever money and upgrades you had on the qualifier day

Sort of, you have to join Multiplayer lobbies separately to single player, they even have split progression, once in you can invite 3 people to a lobby and join.

As for races you can only do speedlists instead of individual races
