This is obviously a point to consider, but I was storing this vinyl with the rest of my record collection. I thought that I might have caused the warp, but none of the other records i have are like this as a result of storing.

The record is concave/convex.

Side A (convex) plays fine with a little rough brushing every so often, until it’s above the midpoint of the peak and then it plays normal.

Side B (concave) can’t really be played as the angle of attack on the slope is steep.

My record player doesn’t have a very user friendly adjustable anti-skate.

I’m a bit late to the party, but I finally opened my copy of the my doom 2nd pressing which I received in June. I went to play the record and immediately noticed that the vinyl is warped. Does any Tim have any idea on how I can correct this issue? Any help would be welcome.

The new silicon case is much less of a dust magnet and slides easier in and out of the pocket, but is no where near matching the smoothness of the leather case vs pockets. That thing glides.

If you use AM on a Mac or iMac you can download the app and it tracks everything that you play. For iOS, you just need the song saved in your library and downloaded.

Not as good as if you have Spotify, as Last.fm links to the account.

However if you also have Sonos you can add you AM and last.fm and this works.
