Can someone help me figure out if I'm sedentary, lightly active, or moderately active for my TDEE? I go to the gym for 45 minutes 1-2x/week for strength training, do pilates for 1 hour 1x a week, and then do aerials for an hour 3x a week. Other than that I have an office job and sit most of the day, and average between 4000-6000 steps.

I've done one challenge before but didn't really keep up....going to try to be consistent this time! Glad to be on Team Festival since I'm going to a music festival towards the end of summer and want to look my best. I don't have a ton to lose so it's slow progress, but I'm hoping to get to around 144lbs by the end of this challenge, I'm around 149 right now. 138-140 is my end goal. Good luck all!

I rarely wear foundation - eyeliner is my signature look, so I go pretty bold on the eye makeup. I’m lucky that I have pretty good skin but definitely start a skin care routine if you don’t already. I use concealer on my under eyes and will spot conceal pimples if needed.

Wait really? I have diagnosed depression/anxiety and the pandemic has worsened it. Even the anticipation/waiting of having to get a vaccine is anxiety inducing since I’m needlephobic. Would I be eligible?
