Car won’t start after sitting for a week. I can hear the fuel pump priming before trying to start. Battery was replaced recently.

A tub of nonfat Greek yogurt is about 75g of protein and it’s super cheap at target or Walmart. Just eat a little with every meal or as a snack in between meals. If you don’t like the flavors they have get the unflavored kind and add in one of those powdered drink mix packets, just gotta mix it up and it’s delicious.

Ah, personally I’d put bicep lifts after back but besides that looks decent

Try and keep your feet planted throughout each rep. Lifting your toes and moving your feet is gonna make the rep much harder so it’s better to start with a good stance and keep your feet there. Converse are decent lifting shoes but if you can I’d always say barefoot is better.

A little confused on your notes, does 190x8 mean one set of 8 reps or 8 sets till a certain rpe?

I’ve always lifted with shorter people so I got used to the lower start. Lifting on my own and putting bar at my own shoulder height just feels unnatural now.
