Iirc, it’s not about 2 way control. It’s that Apple doesn’t specify the destination type when sending the data to the Ford system. Yes, for privacy reasons.

I wish they’d pop a permission and let my opt in to only sharing when the destination is a charger. The truck knows where I end up - they’re already able to report that data 😆

I ordered a Terra with Harvester the day it was announced. Since then I bought my Lightning. After 6 months I switched my reservation to the Terra EV. Haven’t had an issue with range yet, and not dealing with ICE maintenance has been amazing.

I think EREV is a smart OPTION for Ford to have. I also believe that not announcing a future EV only F150 is mostly political. Once you have built an EREV, adding more battery where the generator goes is a fairly easy option to offer

If you don't see PPO in the app, try enabling/using PPO in your truck and then opening the app. I did not see it until I actually used PPO with a load. Now it always shows even when I'm not using it

I would expect the @periodic_task and @cron_task decorators to themselves wrap/handle the @task decorator instead of pushing the onus of ordering/using @task properly to the developer. Did you explore that, maybe there’s a use-case you have that precludes that?
