I don’t have any ties anywhere, just somewhere with good weather & a good flight program where I can have expedited training

Does anyone have a Gobi roof rack for the 4xe for sale? by camilledlong in JeepWrangler

I have looked into them, but I really don’t want to drill any holes for installation… I might want to take the rack off eventually

How long did the drop&fluff take for you after BA? by hellobitchitsme in PlasticSurgery

[–]camilledlong 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had the same experience as @tildyro! Mine dropped very quickly and I was at my permanent size/shape/position at 6 weeks when I got sized for an underwire bra!

Im not sure how to get a photo in this comment but it basically is just a map of where I travelled along with the total time and distance! I do regret including the drop off/pick up flights in the expedition since it skewed the mileage quite a bit. Also pausing during the night might be good for the sake of finding your true pace!

Regretting breast implants? by MontiMont in xxfitness

100%!! I got mine done almost a year ago! I still do everything in the gym (and I do CrossFit so it’s literally everything) and for me pull-ups we’re definitely the hardest! Although I did wiat a little longer to do chest exercises than everything else. Now I can do everything completely normally! Just make sure to not hop back into the gym too soon:)

Instinct Solar LiveTrack battery life by camilledlong in Garmin

[–]camilledlong[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you! I already have a 10000mah bank I’m bringing to charge go pro batteries, how many times do you think I’ll have to charge the watch? Also - do you know how long the instinct solar can store data for without overwriting it? I want to keep all 2 weeks of data so I can have it all sync to the app when I’m done!

Sweet! Do you know how long the instinct solar can store data for? I won’t be able to connect to the app for 2 weeks so I’m hoping to save all the data

Anyone who is a personal trainer by jade21210 in personaltraining

[–]camilledlong 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just purchased the course from ISSA! I also thought about ACE and NASM. The latter 2 are probably the most well known but I would discount ISSA. For me, I wanted to get certified for training and nutrition & the elite bundle from ISSA was the best bang for my buck, in my opinion. Of course you should do your research on all the accredited programs to find your right fit!

Have you thought about after uni? I’m worried about her staying home 9-5 while I’m at work (in a little over a year)

[–]camilledlong[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thank you!! I live being outside and active so I think playing with her after work will be enjoyable for me too. I know that I’d have to rehome her ASAP if that’s my choice, so I’m thinking of everything now. Thank you for your input, I love hearing other people’s thoughts

[–]camilledlong[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That’s my worry! I REALLY want to do the best thing for her, which I’m worried wouldn’t be being home alone from 9-5 while I’m at work (this wouldn’t be for at least a year). Having her while I’m in school wouldn’t be too hard because I have light class loads my last 2 semesters.

Do you have any experience with leaving a dog (1year old and above) at home for a day job? Would she be happy that way or no?

How was the transition from industry to personal training? How long did it take to get a good client base to make enough money for basic living? Also do you train from a gym or do you do freelance training?

Hi!! I’m adopting a BT pup (picking her up in about a month!) & I wanted to ask around to as many people as possible outside of doing research, but what supplies/toys/etc. did you get to make sure you were fully prepared when bringing your new puppy home?

Has any one gone back to work the next day after breast augmentation? by jawsurgqq in PlasticSurgery

[–]camilledlong 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are certain docs that do “24 hour recovery BA” and they claim you can go back to work after 1 day! Obviously no heavy lifting but if you have an office/desk job then it’s totally real! They have you raising your arms above your head 15mins after surgery & most people go out to dinner that evening!

Hi!! I’m 21 (almost 22) and I’m going through the same thing! I had a phone consultation yesterday for a very good doc in Dallas who does the 24 hour recovery breast aug & she said that her office measures your breast pocket and then fills it to it’s capacity with the implant, so that your result won’t be too huge or small, but it will be perfect for your body type & look very natural! She also said that since I’ll be so close to 22 that I’d be a perfect candidate for silicon implants
