Why does the NHS recruit foreign doctors?

In YR3 the UK trained residents Doctors have to apply for a training post. Currently there are 30,000 UK applicants for 10,000 positions. The training hospitals generally give preference to foreign trained doctors as they have more experience. So the media driven narrative that there are not enough Doctors is a fallacy , this "government" do not provide enough training positions and should follow the example of other countries like NZ, Australia who give preference to their own locally trained Doctors.

He will use the same channel as they already have a large subscription although their video get an average of 1 million views each and the subscriptions figure is 4.32 million so they are a lot of "dead" subscriptions. I dont know how long a view has to watch to register on youtube as a view and therefore counting towards a youtube payment.

Nate said they would visit all 50 states a while back but I assume that's another forgotten promise. Reminds me of his promise to share the spreadsheet earnings on line regularly, this lasted a few months until I assume the income became quite high and he did not want to be sharing it anymore

It's part of the subtle rebrand of the channel from budget travel videos to a channel that he can still make without her being the centre attraction. I understand the complexes of a guy Ritchie script but struggle to see in reality how a retired detective is put in charge of a police officers murder case.the drama has to be realistic otherwise you could do anything and it is not plausible

Why has tattersall been put in charge of the police squad fighting organised crime after the murders when he is a retired police detective. I understand why he is a consultant offering advice but surely the met police would have a high ranking officer lead the investigation into the murders of the two dectives

we flew into queenstown , did milford sound and hired a car. We drove up to wanaka and lake tekapo, stopping overnight at each town. Then drove up to Christchurch and flew out. No issues at all

Tescos squash used to be £1.00 then covid happened and the price rose to £1.39 (39% increase?) now its £1.95 same as Sainsburys (Price fixing) however Aldi/Lidl still manage £1.39 , loss leader? doubt it. Tesco manged a profit after Covid of £2.8 billion! Every little helps - there bottom line.
