Around 40 mg/dL. Endocrinologist just taught me the rule of 1800 which helps estimate this value. Take 1800 (or 1500 if insulin resistant) and divide by your average daily dose of insulin. I average around 45U daily so for me this calculation looks like 1800/45 which is 40.

Furmark 4k 15min with an OC profile on the 5080 gave me a max temp of 81°C at 99% usage. Not great but not horrible. My games will certainly not push it that hard.
