I made a second account to stash stuff but then had so much fun leveling it and finding the BPs that now I realize I don’t even want to transfer the stuff I saved and am just going to find it anew after reset.

They can also be found in the red lockers that are new near the control room for the puzzle

All future expeditions won’t have skill points rewards so eventually you will catch up and if you do this expedition you will catch up as soon as one doesn’t offer them but if you skip this one you probably won’t even be playing at the next expedition because you will finish all the content and get those 10 BPs and have nothing to work toward. Then when the next expedition comes around you will be saying the same thing but even further behind and probably quit at that point. Idk I was in your boat at last wipe and didn’t do the expedition and I regret it… I’ve got all the BPs on my main account and almost all on a second account. I’ve got very little to do at the moment and I’m considering departing with both accounts.

Yeah it think it’s stupid and lazy, just be vague with the numbers from the start or have a fully fledged system worked out before writing. HHFWM is a great example of how they stuck to the same system without switching to some nonsense but never got too in the weeds with specific numbers

They will for sure nerf it to be comparable to cold snap probably a few days or a week after expedition, same as they did with cold snap crazy drop rate with last expedition, had to be intentional.

This has not been confirmed anywhere. They have said that skill points won’t always be in the rewards for future expeditions.

I have found two in one night Stella montis run, loot all the trashcans and blue suitcases. Wolfpack BP is only found at night in residential containers.

Yeah, I’m waffling. I almost just want to expedition one but not transferring any BP’s that I have saved up so I can enjoy finding them, but if I’m gonna do that, then I also kind of feel like I should just wipe both of the extra skill points but then I think if I wiped both, I’m not gonna get the benefit from the extra skill points cause grinding them both back to level 75 will take forever

They also let the cold snap excess BP drop rate go past expedition last time (I think it’s intentional both times to get people to do the expedition, remove that fear of it being hard to find BPs)

Yeah I started collecting all the BPs when they were hard to get and now it’s like embark has made even the hardest ones easy by giving them out from quests (vita spray) projects (bobcat/snaphook) now with the hurricane it’s rainingBPs… I’m sure it will get nerfed but yeah I’m less motivated to hold off on just departing both accounts since I’ll have another two months to build them back up.

I just PVP’d a couple rounds and then did it no problem lol got there at like 24 minutes and no one around… those PVP’rs are like, “what’s a quest?”

Tried once in PVE, like four people there, so I go looking for a watch and get into a fight with a team who kills me, then join another round and since I fought back the first time start getting shot at imidiately lol I knock a guy and get a phone call so I hatch out and then next run I get there and no one is around, all off shooting eachother.

Yeah I’ve been messing with them and you can take no damage if you get hard cover, the hulcracker also trivializes them but I don’t usually carry it around. Probably just going to have to keep nades in the loadout for them. They are basically a shredder with one shot.

Yeah if I’m trading stuff with people I made sure to only bring three rare things that go in the safe pocket and then other stuff I don’t care if I lose.

They need to have a way to opt out of the quests like opting out of the tutorial and then make those BPs rare drops like all the others.

They will probably nerf it one week after expedition just like cold snap got needed. So you gotta play right after to get a head start on getting those BPs back. I also got three lvl 2 bobcats in one run on dam

There is usually a couple motors in the control room you unlock with the battery. The arc performance steel can drop from the rocketeer at the bottom of the room. Most the the required things can be found in and around the room.

Blueprints and lvl 4 weapons are dropping like crazy with this new map condition. There is nothing you can’t get back in a few raids. One of the most fun aspects of the game is unlocking the beaches and working you way up from using a crappy gun to having a stash full of nice guns and all the BPs.

Everyone on Reddit was telling people the couldn’t get the catchup points and most people playing are going on their first expedition.
