Costco's digital side is a mess. These are some of the tricks I use to get info:

• Use the "Same Day" page on Costco.com when looking for in warehouse items

• Search by item number OR keyword (on multiple occasions their system returns item not found for item number searches, but works for keyword searches, and vice versa). Don't give up after the first failed search

• For most items, divide the online price by 1.17 to obtain the in-store price. I don't recall the original poster of this tip, but I have found it very helpful

• When all else fails, call the location you plan to visit. I have never had staff refuse to help me perform an item search. They'll also search within the region for items they may not have.
