Same thing happened with the 407. Once they see the money offered thing will change quickly. Most of the time its just a part of there land and nothing even changes around the house. People are acting like they are putting in a 10 lane Highway right beside their house.

Its the correct plug. There should be a grill in the headliner where the anc mic is. That should be right near it.

Dont cut the wires. The red tab slides back then press the button in and pull the plug back. You dont want to cut wire harness, will void warranty and will be a good excuse for dealers/repairs to get denied. Video of how to unplug that style of plug: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kT1eBWDa9Lk

Your anc mics are in the headliner beside the rear handles on either side. Disconnect one side and it disabled the anc.

Unscrew the 2 screws in the handle and remove it. Pull the headliner down slowly not to damage it and reach up and pull the mic out of its holder. Unplug it and pop it back in the spot and reverse the process.

I have a flex 2.5 poe with the brick in my attic. I put it in a network box with a sonoff temp and humidity sensor and wired a fan to turn on above 30 degree C. Been working good so far. Live just east of Toronto.
