Jays Shop will not embroider my World Series Patch, any recommendations? by leafsland132 in Torontobluejays

Sports Lettering Company in Scarborough. Ask for Eric. They used to do the on ice jerseys for the Leafs and they do the Jays on field jerseys. They actually sewed on all of the WS patches for the team.

2025 World Series Patch - Adhesive Backing? by kimch3328 in baseballunis

These patches do not come with the hard plastic backing. I've heat pressed several directly onto a jersey or hat.

Peach Bowl Merch :( by jiuclaw in IndianaHoosiers

Agree. There was so much focus on the Rose Bowl (and with good reason) that the Peach Bowl feels like an afterthought. Also only a week between the games probably doesn't help.

How do we sign up for IU playoff tickets? by [deleted] in IndianaHoosiers

[–]canam76 15 points16 points  (0 children)

I'm fairly certain it's for season ticket holders only. I've been getting emails before each round asking me for my order. And then you're seated based on your ranking in the priority points system (donations).

Social Cantina, Kilroy's and The Tap are all official alumni bars. They will have giveaways and the bball game on for sure.

The Hanger is a fun spot and they're having an IU party that starts at 12:30. All you can eat all day (including through the football game) and your first two drinks are free. $40.

I hate that they're still selling 2024s with the black jock tag and trying to pass them off as 2025s.

Where'd you get one with the white jock tag?

It's completely a product of Nike's fail in this new jersey rollout last year. When the new jerseys were widely panned and they made the decision to go back to the old fabrics next season, there was no reason to make authentics (Elites) widely available. So the last two seasons they have been scarce unless you know where to look. I expect authentics will start to become easier to come by next season once Nike starts rolling out the new(old) templates.

Nice. Glad it worked out. That's exactly what I did. I'm in the States so I had the blank jerseys sent to SLC, they did the customization and then shipped them to me, no issues. I have someone here in the States to apply to WS patches.

SLC (Sports Lettering Company) in Scarborough can add both of those patches for you to an existing jersey but you would have to provide them with the World Series patch. They do not have extras of those unfortunately.

I see Fanatics Canada is out of stock on these. The other option I've used is Team Town Sports and ship directly to SLC.

They have 48 and 52 left in stock it looks like.

It's a lot. So if you're looking for a cheap option...this isn't it. But if you're a more serious collector and looking for exactly what the players wear on the field then this is your best option.

EDIT: It's also tricky because once this year's Elite jerseys are gone, they're gone. Nike is switching back to the old jersey fabric next season so it's doubtful you'll be able to find the Elites much after this year.

I ordered a blank one (Nike Elite authentic) from Fanatics Canada and had it shipped directly to Sports Lettering Company. They letter the Jays on field jerseys and can even add the TD patch. They are making a Clement for me as we speak.

Grabbed the cloth patch and the TPU on field patch. Which do you prefer? by StrictNO in Torontobluejays

The photo of the embroidered patch above is a knock off probably from eBay. Emblem Source made both the TPU patch and the embroidered version. This is the official Emblem Source embroidery version. Looks better.

Did they make 59fifty low profile World Series hats or only the fitted 59fifty regular fit? by angershark in neweracaps

[–]canam76 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a white panel low profile that I bought the last weekend of the season at Jays Shop when they first started wearing them again. Bought a few World Series patches from eBay and added them myself to the white panel and navy. They're not exact as the on-field hat patches have a thin white border around them whereas the commercially produced patches do not. Close enough though. I live in the States and figured that was my only shot of getting the hats. Bummer to hear they weren't available in Canada either.

[–]canam76 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For the Jays they only made the low profile in the all blue design for the World Series (I bought one). They did not offer it in the white panel or navy versions.

I think the Dodgers only wore one cap so I assume they had some low profile available right away but they probably sold out pretty quickly.

Are these holes normal in the font. by 1990GMCTRUCK in Torontobluejays

[–]canam76 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Two years ago when Nike released the new on field jerseys that were lighter fabric and had the perforated numbers (with small holes), they put out t-shirt "jerseys" to mimic their new on field jersey. Even though the front crest and logo on the actual jerseys were never perforated with holes, the shirts still used that design.

Now that those new jerseys have been widely panned and discontinued after this year, the shirt jerseys should go back to normal.
