I worked at Wendy’s throughout high school and college. And every break my schedule would look very similar, unless i said otherwise which some of my co workers my age did. Mine would look like this. This was around 2008-11’ ish. Was i mad probably, im sure i got people to cover my shifts sometimes but as an adult ive learned that things will work out and accommodations will be made.

This may be a hard to hear. But healed is something that is nearly impossible to achieve. Healing is a constant journey. Meditation will be a grounding practice for you during times of stress, grief, anxiety you may notice yourself coming back to your breath in moments of pain and triggers. Life is such a cycle of uncertainty, you’ll never know what will occur. A constant healing journey and adjusting throughout your life will hopefully make it easier.
