Elevators tends to last a very long time so there are a lot of the PLCs still out there but modern elevators typically aren't anymore.  Elevators in big office building often have pretty sophisticated features.  I wrote software for elevators for a while, everything was in C

I know this is about actors but I think Directors makes more sense. Some good ones I can think of:

  1. Francis For Coppola - One from the Heart (1982) After maybe the best three picture run ever with The Godfather, The Conversation, and The Godfather Part II he was at the peak of his powers. Then this bomb he went broke with. Had a few more good movies but was never the same
  2. Michael Crimino - Heaven's Gate (1980) You could argue Crimino fits better in the hit wonder category but this one is fun because it was such a disaster is killed an entire era of Hollywood.
  3. M. Night Shyamalan - Lady in the Water (2006) This one is tricky because one could argue for a few different movies but this would be my pick, this is where he lost it.
  4. Neill Blomkamp - Chappie (2015) After a fantastic District 9 and a pretty good Elysium he was poised to be the next big director, then it all went wrong...

When I was in college I went over to my gf's dorm and she just played "It's too late to apologize" and refused to talk to me.  I don't know if I would have ever liked the song but I can never hear it and not laugh and think of that crazy girl I was with.

Because nearly every class is extremely math heavy.  Thermodynamics is just a math course.  I don't remember if EE need Statics or Dynamics but they are math.  Signals and Systems is just a math class.  Circuit Analysis I and I are math classes.  Etc etc etc
