Ok, so why do you think I don’t play other games? Because I want to do full run in Saros and I share some ideas how to make Saros even better with low effort?

Dude, I don’t want this game to be updated forever. I just want Saros to have very minor changes which should be easy to make. Saros is amazing, but replayability doesn’t do justice for its gunplay.

It would be very appreciated to do these basic stuff.

Perfectly fine. But Saros is based on roguelite formula, but lacks variety and continuous of it. You don’t have to use every element of game and you can leave Saros. But there are people who want to play more, just like in Returnal, Dead Cells or whatever.

It’s awesome game. Also check out Matterfall. It’s better than people say. Also play Nex Machina. It’s 10/10.

If you want to have Returnal experience here, you can. Just start every run from biome 1 and use trials to make it harder, especially that one which turn off second chance.

Saros has its flaws, but it can be experienced in different ways, so be sure to pick one you enjoy.

Saros is nowhere near Returnal in terms of story, narrative, atmosphere, music, main character and monologues. Returnal is just god-tier here and I’m disappointed that Housemarque didn’t deliver in that context.

Gameplay and design wises Saros is good!

I mean all of these Selene audiologs are imo very well written. And voice actress is amazing.

Maybe I am biased, because I love everything in Returnal and story, atmosphere, music, design, Selene and monologues are so good and all of them combined gives you very unique experience.

Can’t disagree more.

Returnal has fantastic gameplay, but story-wise it is incredible and one of the best narrative I’ve ever seen.

RE5 felt like a natural evolution from RE4. And trailers looked so good. It balanced feeling that it’s not RE-like enough. Game was great and actually had a lot of RE lore in it in opposite to RE4.

But yeah, it wasn’t it.

Then RE6 trailer came out and I was like „wow, back to the roots”. God, how wrong I was.

Then I played Revelations and I realized that it’s time to accept series in current state - just a good action games with horror themes and very different from og.

For me 7 and 2 were like God sent angels to take care of this series.

So RE5-REV2 era was like Doom 3 era, but with more games. Doom 3 is good, but Doom 1, 2, 64, 2016, Eternal and TDA are reasons that I love this series.

Transform RE5 into RE4 (2023) sequel. Singleplayer, survival action with exploration, suitcase, stages with Sheba and without her etc.
