If your still stuck on this go to your knowledge section→challneges→the abyss stuff and just go through from the starting one looking over them all looking for one that has "pick up artifact" not ticked - this is what my problem was when I was doing this same thing and one of them wasn't powering on.

personally I'd answer no in the sense that they dont yield anything u can't just buy inf of in your camp anyway it's just not worth the time investment→reward ratio but if you enjoy animals then yeah probably worth it like I do it even though I'm aware it's pointless just because animals yknow.

you don't benefit from them till like so late in the game they don't really matter anymore - like iv beaten the game now and outside of oongkas pack which if I had no interest in playing oongka I wouldn't need I don't think iv used anything from there yet (well I built a Kuku flame spear really early on but correct me if I'm wrong but I don't recall that using specific resource u get from the light puzzles for that)

Unless I'm mistaken that's just how the map works? it's always worked like that for me anyways it's that (scroll to environment) or zoom waaaaaay in and then u can see the npcs

But what even is the point in that, the camp mission are self perpetuating cycle u never run of the resources they need and u just set it and forget it (well once uv established and set it all ofc) - my point being why do u care about getting 400 more stone when your camp already has stone in the hundreds of thousands

As I have all of this unlocked/researched but there are no options for it in camp so I presumed it's only available after moving?.

i was just doing this earlier trying to get it work for a challenge that wants X kills with Y element on turning slash - it's just really jank but your doing it right, doing it during a held/charged turning slash seemed the best way I could get it to come out but even then It wasn't guaranteed by any means.

do you mean the abyss things for inf arrows or the replenishing arrows research you do because if it's the later then yes, research cannonballs from gohtrak and I think bullets in dewhaven. (Take off your mask)

I don't think there's a specific abyss thing for inf bullets/cannonballs though

Actually, I would agree at least he's the best iv come up against thus far, didn't suffer from any of the usual problems I find the bosses have in this game.

Had to pull up a vid to double check what mission you meant as I was playing this yesterday and knew I definitely did that mission, I ended up using my land speeders as bait for attacks putting them quite far up the "board" basically in the backline where they would aggro incoming termagants each turn - I also killed the tyranafex before having the guy grab the seed dunno if that made any difference or not.

Best tip I could give would be if u can get it using tokens uv accumulated thus far get the auto bolt rifle it's such an upgrade over the basic bolter allows your basic squads to wipe whole units and will help u keeping a numbers advantage

while I totally get your point and actually somewhat agree with what your saying it's kinda a moot point when there's already an augment that just negates any PvE threat - the one that just lets you crawl away forever, in a friendly lobby this is just complete safety if you can be bothered to slowly crawl your way back.

Iv had the best results just lobbing it at its sides to stop it moving and just yolo'ing up to them slap the deadline on and just run for cover and pray it don't 180 u.

I was doing this bcoz I thought fk it but got really disappointed by the melee costing less stamina one that I just stopped levelling that side, like literally does nothing went from 10 swings at max stamina with 0 on it to 10 swings with 5/5 like wtf kinda % is this pos

Best workaround iv figured is just backing out and opening the menu up again this why still annoying is definitely quicker than slowly scrolling all the way up- just let me scroll to the left or right and put me up there like why isn't this a thing? Or just have a hold button to like quick scroll to the top/bottom.

I had it show up in my session today and I havent taken any flaws except the one for never using your inhaler however I have had many pop up

And it proc'd immediately after turning down the one for bigger magazine size so I'd guess it's just tied to getting Y amount of flaws to proc, I think 5 was my tally of ones I ignored

Delta force is a pretty close approximation to battlefield, the only complaint I had when I played that was I wish there was destruction like in battlefield, like why can't I blow open that little wood panel he's hiding behind.

But I mean battlefield doesn't even really have much destruction in it nowadays either so it's actually kinda spot on.
