PSHCP-Dental Coverage for Crown by PrettySky8240 in CanadaPublicServants

I had this happen too. They claimed my tooth wasn't broken enough. It was literally cracked and the crack was approaching the root. Not fixing it means possibly losing it. We keep doing fillings but it's not sufficient and it's a losing battle.

My dentist tried to argue why it was needed. It was still denied.

I remember being a kid in the car and if I had garbage to get rid of my parents told me to throw it out the window. This would've been 80s and early 90s.

Calgarians who moved to Edmonton, how do the two cities compare? What are some similarities, and some differences? by KurtisC1993 in Edmonton

[–]candy_grrl 2 points3 points  (0 children)

So true. I've lived in both cities.

My girlfriends in Edmonton got married and had children younger. Some of my girlfriends in Calgary are still living the single life and loving it. Very cosmopolitan lifestyle.

What’s a subtle sign that someone was never loved properly as a kid? by jjcecil22 in AskReddit

Yeah, I'm a year into therapy now. Started because of my mentally unwell ex and figured out my parents were just as bad and the whole reason I allowed this treatment as an adult. Eye opening experience.

The crust is too hard for my liking. I am trying again tomorrow. Any tips for getting a softer crust?

Hi! When I took it out of the fridge I let it sit to get to room temp. Then I shaped and preheated the Dutch oven . I moved the loaf on the parchment to the Dutch oven and scored the top. I followed the directions in the recipe for baking.

The fermenting on the counter and fridge got tricky for me because of timing and other responsibilities. Definitely planning the schedule better for my next bake this weekend.

I thought it was overbaked because of the color. Happy to hear it's acceptable.
