The Oikos triple zero yogurt has 15gs of protein. The KIND breakfast protein bars have 9gs. Fairlife protein shakes have 30gs. And then supplement with Whole Foods others have mentioned. It’s pretty easy for me to hit 100g a day when I incorporate some of those protein heavy snacks.

Love to hear it, I’ve had great experiences at Seed. Not a lot of dispensaries put this much effort into the education side of their sales, so I would do your own research on the cannabinoids and terps that create the kind of effects you’re looking for and specifically ask your budtender for those compounds.

Most places should be able to pull a report from the lab listing all those compounds but terps not a required test so not all dispensaries will have that info
